WHY THIS INFORMATION

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “Regulation”), this page describes the methods of processing personal data of users who consult this website.
We inform users that following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services accessible through hyperlinks possibly published on the site.

DATA CONTROLLER

Source of data and types of data collected

  1. Data provided by the User
    The Controller collects personal data provided by users when sending a message using the addresses and/or contact forms present on the site, including those relating to service bookings. The optional and voluntary sending of messages to contact addresses, as well as the completion and forwarding of forms present on the site, involves the acquisition of the sender’s contact data necessary to provide feedback, as well as all personal data included in communications. The data provided will be used with computer and telematic tools solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.
  2. Navigation data
    The Controller collects data relating to the user’s use of the website. This information is acquired by the computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the online portal, during their normal operation, furthermore, their transmission is connected and inherent to the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. Such data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of: • obtaining statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time slot or daily, geographical areas of origin, etc.); • controlling the correct functioning of the services offered. Navigation data is retained for the terms established by law (except for any needs to ascertain crimes by the Judicial Authority).
  3. Cookies and other tracking systems
    In order to make its services as efficient and simple to use as possible, this Site uses cookies. Therefore, when you visit the Site, a minimal amount of information is placed on the User’s device, such as small text files called “cookies”, which are saved in the User’s web browser directory. There are different types of cookies, but essentially the main purpose of a cookie is to make the Site work more efficiently and enable certain features.     Purpose of processing
    Depending on the type of processing to be carried out, the Data Controller uses the data collected and/or provided by the User for the following purposes: 1) provide feedback to any communications, requests for information and/or services from users by sending a message using the addresses and/or contact forms present on the site; 2) send commercial communications relating to products, services or ongoing promotions; 3) manage and control risks, prevent possible fraud, insolvency or defaults; prevent and manage possible disputes, pursue legal action when necessary.

    Legal basis of processing
    With reference to the purposes indicated in the previous paragraph, the legal basis of the same is, relating to point: 1) the necessity to execute a contract to which the data subject is party or pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same; 2) consent of the data subject for the specific purpose; 3) the necessity to pursue the legitimate interest of the data controller (particularly with regard to the prevention of fraud and insolvency). Recipients of data, personal data processed by the Controller are not disseminated, that is, they are not made known to unspecified subjects, in any possible form, including that of making them available or simple consultation. They may, however, be communicated to workers operating under the Controller, or to subjects authorized to process as they operate under the authority of the data controller. Based on the roles and work duties performed, such workers have been authorized to process personal data, taking into account their respective competencies and in accordance with the instructions given to them by the Controller. Any suppliers appointed by the Controller are previously designated as Data Processors and such subjects are provided only with the personal data necessary to provide the corresponding services and are not permitted to use or disclose the personal data of data subjects for other purposes, without prior authorization from the data subject. Data may also be communicated, as strictly necessary, to subjects who for purposes of order fulfillment or other requests or service provisions relating to the transaction or contractual relationship with the Controller, must provide goods and/or perform services or provisions on behalf of the Controller. Finally, data may be communicated to subjects entitled to access it by virtue of legal provisions, regulations, community regulations.

    Data transfer
    In no case does the Data Controller transfer personal data to countries outside the European Union or to international organizations.

    Data retention
    The Data Controller retains and processes personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the indicated purposes. Subsequently, personal data will be retained and not further processed, for the time established by current provisions in civil and tax matters.

    Rights of the data subject
    In relation to the data subject to processing referred to in this notice, the data subject is recognized at any time the right to:

    • request from the Controller access to your personal data and information relating to them (art. 15 of GDPR); rectification of inaccurate data or integration of incomplete data (art. 16 of GDPR); deletion of personal data concerning you (upon occurrence of one of the conditions indicated in art. 17, par. 1 of GDPR and in compliance with the exceptions provided for in paragraph 3 of the same article); limitation of processing of your personal data (upon occurrence of one of the hypotheses indicated in art. 18, par. 1 of GDPR);
    • request and obtain from the Controller – in cases where the legal basis of processing is contract or consent, and the same is carried out by automated means – your personal data in a structured format readable by automatic device, also for the purpose of communicating such data to another data controller (so-called right to portability of personal data – art. 20 of GDPR);
    • object at any time to the processing of your personal data upon occurrence of particular situations concerning you (art. 21 of GDPR);
    • withdraw consent at any time, limited to cases where processing is based on your consent for one or more specific purposes. Processing based on consent and carried out prior to its withdrawal nevertheless retains its lawfulness (art. 7, par. 3, of GDPR); for the exercise of your rights you may contact the Controller using the contacts indicated above. The data subject, should they believe that the processing of their data occurs in violation of what is provided by the Regulation, may file a complaint with a supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority – www.garanteprivacy.it), as provided for in art. 77 of GDPR, or pursue appropriate judicial venues (art. 79 of GDPR).

    In the event that the Data Subject does not provide their identifying data as necessary for the execution of the requested service, the Controller will not be able to proceed with the processing related to the management of said service, nor to the obligations that depend on it. In the event that the Data Subject does not provide consent to the processing of personal data for activities that require it, said processing will not occur for the same purposes without this affecting the provision of other requested services, nor for those for which they have already given their consent. In the event that the Data Subject has given consent and should subsequently revoke it or object to processing, their data will no longer be processed for such activities, without this resulting in consequences or prejudicial effects for the Data Subject and for any other requested services.

    Automated decision-making processes

    The Controller does not carry out processing consisting of automated decision-making processes on natural persons’ data.
