Quality Policy

The Company firmly maintains its focus on the Customer, aiming for their complete satisfaction.
In order to achieve and maintain such satisfaction, GreenKar Technical Service Ltd. is aware of the need to commit its professionalism on two strategic priorities: the continuous improvement of the services offered and their expansion, structuring itself to be present in the market with timely responses to the Customer’s evolving needs.

GreenKar Technical Service Ltd.is accredited by NAB Malta according to ISO/IEC 17020 and ISO/IEC 17025, and therefore operates in compliance with high quality standards and with full respect for the principles of independence, impartiality, and confidentiality. Furthermore, it has been recognized by the following Authorities to operate as a Technical Service within the framework of EU type-approval of vehicles and devices, in conformity with the requirements of the framework regulations: the Irish Authority NSAI (T.S. cat. B), the Swedish Transport Styrelsen (T.S. cat. B), and the Czech Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic (T.S. cat. A, B, D).

In the future the company aims at extending its accreditations according to the aforementioned ISO standards, being recognized by NSAI also as a Type A Technical Service, and being recognized by other type-approval Authorities as well.
In consolidating and achieving such recognitions and in carrying out its ordinary activities, the
company intends to ensure:

  • the impartiality and independence of its personnel through a careful analysis of risk sources, eliminating and/or minimizing them where possible;
  • the maintenance of professional competence of personnel through appropriate education and training on a periodic basis;
  • the maintenance of an efficient quality management system in compliance with ISO 17020 and ISO 17025 requirements, ensuring that technical departments have the necessary resources for adequate competence and quality in inspections and tests;
  • the flexibility of its organization so that it can promptly react to changes in the market and context;
  • the adoption of modern and, where possible, customized technologies to make work execution smooth and effective;
  • the observance of ethical values of fairness, respect, integrity, and confidentiality, raising staff awareness to protect sensitive data and operate in full compliance with information confidentiality;
  • the adoption and dissemination at every corporate level of a perspective aimed at the continuous improvement of the system, processes, and customer outcomes;
  • the understanding and implementation of this policy at all levels of the organization.
